1. First off, you need to make a decision about getting help:  So many people procrastinate for so long, thinking that the pain will ‘just go away with time’, but then 6 months down the line they’re still putting up with it, and nothing’s changed… Or it gets worse

From Nagging Shoulder Pain to Back to CrossFit

I injured my shoulder 8 weeks ago during a WOD (workout of the day). I checked in with Dr. Ben to get his evaluation in hopes to get some good news that I didn’t tear anything. First off he said that I didn’t have to stop working out but I only have to scale back or hold off on certain movements until my shoulder is better. Being that do CrossFit workouts everyday I was happy to hear that I didn’t have to stop working out.
